Practice Experience
Natasha Razak is an associate in the Firm’s Banking & Capital Markets group in London. Natasha’s experience includes advising banks in relation to European leveraged finance transactions and general bank lending.
Representative transactions include:
Acting for Nordea Bank Finland Plc and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) as arranger and Nordea Bank AB (publ) as agent in relation to the refinancing of existing facilities of the A-Katsastus Group (including an increase of Facilities to repay shareholder loans and a reverse flex of the Mezzanine Facility). The A-Katsastus Group has guarantors across 3 jurisdictions and total debt amounted to €290 million;
Acting for Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited as agent in relation to a US$350 million refinancing of Alrosa Company Limited, a diamond mining firm located in Russia; and
Acting for Deutsche Bank in relation to the €88 million financing of the leveraged acquisition of Rhodia Industrial Yarns AG and Rhodia Performance Fibers GmbH by Butler Capital Partners.
