Olivia Rascoe is an associate in the Firm's Banking & Capital Markets group in London.

Olivia's experience focuses on OTC derivatives, structured derivative products and structured finance.  Olivia represents banks, financial institutions and corporates in relation to traditional OTC derivative transactions and complex derivative transactions.  Olivia has also worked on numerous bespoke equity-linked derivative transactions, stock lending arrangements and repo transactions, including restructuring arragements of such transactions.  Olivia also provides derivatives-related advice.

Prior to joining White & Case in April 2006, Olivia worked in the Sydney office of another major international law firm where she worked on the issue of structured retail derivatives and advised banks, brokers, futures and stock exchanges and fund managers in relation to regulatory aspects of both OTC and exchanged-traded derivatives.
