Working as a notary public and previously many years as a deputy notary, Patricia Angeli focuses on real estate notary services, in particular in real estate transactions, parceling and property development agreements.

A main area of her real estate expertise is the advice on business acquisitions and project developments with a focus on the energy sector. Here, her practice covers real estate law issues relating to the disposal, utilization and protection of real estate as well as supply networks, including the specific requirements for energy generation systems according to the Land Register Correction Act (GBBerG). It further relates to securing the ownership of assets and facilities on leasehold properties, lease agreements and in rem rights e.g. easements and its transfer to legal successors. She also advises on in rem securities on real estate properties for claims of investors.
