Mr. Boyle is a member of the Securities Practice section with an emphasis on securitization and structured finance transactions. His structured finance experience includes rental car and other receivable securitizations; and collateralized bond and loan obligation issuances (including "cash flow" and "market value" type transactions). Mr. Boyle assists in the representation of clients in transactions with private placements, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings and commercial paper as well as revolving and syndicated credit facilities.
