Philipp Graf von Dürckheim's principal areas of practice are cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.

He has many years of experience in representing both foreign and domestic strategic and financial buyers in their efforts to acquire enterprises in Germany. He also has substantial experience in advising private equity houses in leveraged management buy-out transactions.

In addition, he is advising conglomerates in corporate law questions with a specialization on the law of limited liability companies.
