Prior to joining White & Case in 2013, Alli worked at another law firm in Helsinki and as an in-house lawyer in the US and Finland.

Representing Kemira Oyj, a global chemicals company headquartered in Finland which serves customers in water-intensive industries, on the sale of its ChemSolutions' formic acid business to Taminco Corporation, a portfolio company of Apollo Management based in the United States.
