Biography

Overview

Anisah is an associate in our M&A and Private Equity practice in Abu Dhabi.

She has experience in venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities matters and general corporate law matters. Prior to joining White & Case, Anisah worked in San Francisco at another global law firm and in the legal department of SoftBank Group International.

Representation of Vortex Energy IV LP, a fund owned and managed by EFG Hermes, on its investment into EO Charging, a fleet charging business in the UK and wider Europe.

Representation of Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners on its Series B investment in Exos TFP Holdings LLC.

Representation of Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners on its US$25 million investment in MEASA Partners Ltd.

Representation of ZMI Holdings, one of the world's largest owners and operators of self-propelled jack-up barges and a leading provider of offshore support vessels, in its sale to ADNOC, the Abu Dhabi government's energy and petrochemicals holding company.
