Represented the bank in connection with the PLN 119 million financing of Vistula Group S.A., one of the largest Polish producers of men's clothing, in order to refinance the company's existing indebtedness.

Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A.

Advised the company on financing through private placements of secured bonds under an issue program in two tranches of, respectively, PLN 700 million and USD163.76 million for the purpose of the acquisition of the Knurów-Szczygłowice coal mine.

Represented the banks in connection with the EUR 185 million refinancing of a leading manufacturer of wood-based products.

Member of the team advising P4 Sp. z o.o., Poland’s fourth-largest mobile phone operator, the owner of the Play brand, on its EUR 870 million and PLN 130 million, dual-tranche high yield bond issue and entry into a new super senior revolving credit facility. As of the transaction day, it was the largest Central & Eastern Europe high yield deal ever and the first ever Polish zloty-denominated high yield bond issued on the international capital markets.
