Brian is an associate in the global Debt Finance and Capital Markets practice, where he advises clients on a broad range of financing transactions and capital structures. He is a member of the bar in New York.
Prior to joining White & Case, Brian practiced in the London office of another major U.S. law firm, with a particular focus on capital markets matters, including high yield debt offerings and equity offerings throughout Europe. He also gained experience in the equity capital markets practice of a major German law firm.
