Advising Mizuho Securities, the Japanese investment banking and securities firm, as the financial adviser to SoftBank Group Corp. on its landmark £24.3 billion acquisition of ARM Holdings plc, the UK-based world leader in semiconductor intellectual property.

Advising former major international Icelandic bank, Kaupthing hf, in relation to its landmark restructuring. This deal was awarded the 'Restructuring Deal of the Year 2016' at the IFLR European Awards.
