Noted as a leading lawyer in this area, he offers the benefit of more than 40 years' experience, representing clients in jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts in Florida and other jurisdictions, and conducting arbitrations under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
