Charlotte joined White & Case as a trainee in 2013, and joined the London Employment, Compensation & Benefits group as an associate in October 2015. Charlotte has recently returned from a six month secondment to the Hong Kong office, where she worked in Bank Finance.
Advising UK and international employers on employment matters including employment contracts, executive service agreements and maternity, shared parental leave and enhanced redundancy policies.
Transactional experience advising buyers and sellers on share and assets sales, including providing advice on associated TUPE issues and consultation with trade unions, works councils and other employee representative bodies.
Advising on the implementation of multi-jurisdictional Employee share plan. This involved providing advice on the securities, tax and foreign exchange issues encountered across the numerous jurisdictions.
