Overview

Christine N. Chang is an associate in the Global Competition Practice of White & Case. Ms. Chang represents clients in merger clearance before the DOJ and FTC. Ms. Chang has assisted clients in complying with Second Requests, addressing agency questions to successfully receive merger clearance and resolving compliance issues. Ms. Chang has advised clients in a range of industries including insurance, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, construction materials, foodservice distribution, spectrum, auto body parts, tankers, and others. Ms. Chang's experience also includes representing clients in civil litigation matters.

Christine joined White & Case from the Office of Attorney General for Washington, DC, where she was a prosecutor in the Criminal Division.

Ms. Chang devotes time to working on pro bono matters, which include incorporation and tax exemption advice, immigration and intellectual property issues.
