Overview

Daniella Ebrahimoff is an associate in both the Corporate and the Funds and Investment Management groups of the Firm's London office. Daniella has a range of experience in corporate transactions, including private mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, joint ventures, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory, as well as assisting and advising sponsors of, and investors in, private investment funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts.
