Gaëlle Goudet Filhol is a senior associate in White & Case's International Arbitration Practice Group, based in the Paris office.
Gaëlle has significant experience in international commercial arbitrations, and in complex international disputes, especially construction-related. Gaëlle also regularly represents clients in dispute adjudication proceedings.
Gaëlle is experienced in the resolution of disputes across a range of industries, including energy (nuclear, oil & gas), infrastructure, and heavy industry. She has particular experience of disputes in regions such as Scandinavia and the Middle East, as well as those involving a French party or connection.
Gaëlle teaches courses at the Paris Bar School (Ecole de Formation professionnelle des Barreaux de la Cour d'Appel de Paris), and has developed course structure and e-learning for students.

Representing a major European energy provider in an ICC arbitration concerning the construction and installation by contractors of a nuclear power plant. (ongoing)
Representing (as part of the team) the main contractor on one of the world’s largest infrastructure projects located in Central America, in ICC arbitrations against the employer, worth in excess of US$2 billion. Gaëlle also led work on dispute adjudication proceedings in this matter. (ongoing)

Representing a Middle East company in an ICC arbitration arising out of disputes relating to the construction of a major real estate project in the Middle East.
