Overview

George Gray is an associate in the Firm's private equity practice and is based in the London office. He advises private equity institutions, investors, management teams and corporates on a wide range of corporate matters, including domestic, cross-border and global mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions and restructuring and general corporate governance matters. Prior to joining the Firm, George worked in the London office of another international law firm.
