Harry is a member of the Employment, Compensation, and Benefits practice. He provides counsel to employers on a full range of employment law matters, including those related to: the hiring of new employees; complying with federal, state and local employment laws (e.g., the ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, Title VII and WARN); preventing discrimination and harassment in the workplace; conducting workplace investigations; wage and hour issues; restrictive covenants and individual terminations. Harry also advises clients on a range of executive compensation and employee benefits issues.
Harry was recognized as a 2015 Empire State Counsel Honoree by the New York State Bar Association for his dedication to seeking justice for low-income clients.
