Overview

Heather Rees is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets Group in London, concentrating in corporate trustee representation.

Heather has experience in equity and debt capital markets representing issuers, underwriters and trustees in a variety of securities offerings. Upon joining White & Case, Heather has focused on corporate trustee and collateral agent representation.

Heather joined the Firm's London office in October 2013. Her previous experience includes working in the New York and London offices of leading international law firms.
