Recordati's acquisition of a portfolio of assets in Russia

Hermann led a team of the Firm's lawyers from Moscow, Milan and Almaty which advised Recordati, a listed European pharmaceuticals group, on its acquisition of the rights to five product lines of OTC pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements. The transaction, which had a value of RUB 2.7 billion (approximately EUR 67 million), supported the company's strategy to promote a wide range of innovative pharmaceuticals, both proprietary and under license, in a number of therapeutic areas.
