Hillary is an associate in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice at White & Case in the Miami office. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters, including representation of debtors, creditors, purchasers, and other interested parties in international insolvency proceedings, chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, and related transactions.
As a law student, Hillary served as Articles & Comments Editor of the University of Miami Law Review and was a fellow for the Investor Rights Clinic at Miami Law. She also worked as a legal intern to Judge Robin S. Rosenabum in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
