Hinda Rabkin is an associate in the International Arbitration Practice in Paris. Her practice includes international commercial and investment arbitration, with a focus on energy-related disputes.
Prior to joining White & Case, Hinda worked at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague providing legal and administrative support to tribunals in international investment and inter-State arbitrations. Hinda has also worked as an intern at the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris.
Hinda also works on pro bono matters relating to human rights and freedom of expression before international treaty-based bodies and UNESCO.

Representing a European energy company in an ICC arbitration relating to a post-M&A dispute.
Representing an Eastern European State-owned company in ICC proceedings relating to a multi-billion euro construction project.
Representing and advising various European gas buyers in several price reopener disputes under long-term supply contracts.
Representing a former Soviet Republic in a UNCITRAL arbitration brought against it by a foreign investor pursuant to a BIT.
