Overview

Holger helps private and public investors to execute complex real estate M&A transactions, including acquisition financing and the refinancing and restructuring of real estate companies. His significant experience in the real estate sector also extends to structured debt financing and equity financing via the stock market, including IPOs.

Drawing on his deep knowledge of real estate law, Holger works strategically with clients to devise creative deal structures, to design acquisition programmes, and to plan and implement strategies for acquirers and potential acquisition targets, in both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Representing PATRIZIA Alternative Investments GmbH (PAI) in connection with two portfolio transactions acquiring retail assets for a special regulated fund. The total deal volume comprises approximately EUR 500 million at total. Our advice combined all aspects of the transactions, including real estate, M&A, corporate, tax structure and regulatory aspects, antitrust and bank finance.

Ongoing advice to Deutsche Immobilien Chancen (DIC) / DIC Asset AG on complex real estate sales transactions (asset and share deals) as well as on complex real estate asset related issues.
