Jack joined London's Employment, Compensation & Benefits group as an associate in April 2016.
Jack advises on a wide range of employment issues including both contentious and non-contentious issues. Prior to joining White & Case, Jack worked in the London office of a leading international law firm and spent six months in their Dubai office. Jack has worked with a broad spectrum of clients from a number of different sectors including banking and finance, publishing, retail, oil and gas and professional services.
Jack has experience in a wide range of employment topics including advising on day to day HR concerns such as grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, dismissals and settlement agreements; assisting and advising on company restructurings including redundancies (both individual and collective) and TUPE; defending employers in the Employment Tribunals for a variety of claims including unfair dismissals, discrimination and whistleblowing; advising in relation to team moves and breaches of post termination restrictive covenants and assisting clients with contracts for employees, directors and contractors, handbooks and policies and procedures.
Jack also has extensive experience in advising clients in relation to data subject access requests and in particular those with a contentious element.
