Jacqueline advised Credit Suisse in connection with a USD1 billion facility to Caixa Economical Federal, a government-owned financial institution in Brazil.

The University of Law, 2015

Jacqueline advised Nomura International plc in connection with a £175 million bridge facility to finance the acquisition of The University of Law by Global University Systems group as well as an up to £20 million super senior credit facility for general corporate purposes.

RB Group, 2014

Jacqueline advised Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank as Joint Lead Arrangers in connection with US$800 million in senior secured credit facilities to RB Group, plc, a UK public company that produces and distributes home and hygiene products.

Nair & Co., 2014

Jacqueline advised HgCapital on the financing for a recap and acquisition facility for the merger of its portfolio company, Nair & Co., with High Street Partners (a portfolio company of Baird Capital) to create a new company called Radius.

MergerMarket, 2014

Jacqueline advised UBS, HSBC and Mizuho Bank as joint lead arrangers and lead bookrunners and UBS as administrative agent in respect to first-lien and second-lien credit agreements (£150 million and £70 million respectively) provided to finance BC Partners' acquisition of the MergerMarket Group from the Financial Times Group.

Innovia Group, 2014

She advised Innovia Group, a leading manufacturer of specialty films and polymer substrates used in banknote production, on its €342 million senior secured floating rate notes and super senior revolving credit facility.

Cartrawler, 2014

She advised the lead arrangers on the financing for BC Partners' successful bid for Cartrawler, a global provider of car rental solutions.

Polskie Koleje Linowe S.A., 2013

Jacqueline advised Mid Europa Partners in connection with PLN140 million term and revolving facilities agreement entered into with Bank Pekao S.A. (UniCredit subsidiary) for financing the acquisition of 100% of shares in Polskie Koleje Linowe S.A., a leading Polish cable car operator.

Pharmaq, 2013

She advised Danske Bank A/S, Nordea Bank Norge ASA and Bank of Ireland as arrangers with respect to term and revolving facilities of up to NOK 815 million in connection with the acquisition of the Pharmaq group by European private equity firm, Permira.
