Jason Domark is a senior associate in the Firm's Commercial Litigation Practice with significant experience litigating a wide variety of complex, commercial disputes. Mr. Domark has appeared before multiple state and federal courts, as well as arbitration panels, across the country.
Mr. Domark represents both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving business relationships and torts, partnership dissolutions, construction and design issues, real estate transactions, fiduciary relations, trust and estates, fraudulent conveyances, directors and officers liability insurance, bankruptcy proceedings, group purchasing organizations, securities class actions, judgment collections, and appeals. Mr. Domark often represents multinational corporations and individuals and has substantial experience guiding them through and explaining the complex United States legal system.
Successfully defended a $30 million, multi-party, construction defect claim involving design, construction, and insurance coverage issues.
Obtained dismissal and summary judgment of multi-million dollar condominium act and construction delay claims asserted against a developer as a class action.
Successfully resolved construction defect, failure to maintain and improper management claims asserted against a developer of a golf and country club community.
Obtained dismissal and summary judgment of Clean Water Act and related state law claims asserted against a prominent Florida landowner.
Successfully resolved multiple Fair Labor Standard Act claims asserted as collective actions and managed related department of labor investigations.
