Jeremy Apple is an associate in the New York office and a member of the Firm's Intellectual Property Group. Jeremy's practice focuses on transactional matters involving intellectual property, information technology, and data privacy and security issues.
Jeremy's work experience includes transactions involving the licensing, acquisition, and transfer of intellectual property, information technology, and other digital content. Jeremy's practice also includes data privacy and security counseling and incident remediation, as well as transactions involving data transfer and security related issues.
Prior to joining White & Case, Jeremy served as the Senior Cybercrime Analyst for the New York County District Attorney's Office from 2011-2013. In that role, Jeremy assisted Manhattan prosecutors in all aspects of cybercrime, intellectual property rights enforcement, and criminal fraud matters.
