Johnny Drysdale is an associate in the London office Real Estate Practice. Johnny has experience in a wide-range of international and domestic real estate transactions. Johnny focuses on real estate investment acquisitions and disposals, the property aspects of corporate and project finance transactions, landlord and tenant work, real estate management and cross-border transactions.
Johnny has acted for a diverse and high profile range of clients including Harrods, Corney & Barrow and Digital Realty, as well as a number of banks and private equity houses.
Prior to joining White & Case, Johnny worked in Oman and Bristol, gaining exposure to energy related project financings, and advising developers and banks on all real estate aspects of solar and wind farm projects.
