Julia-Katharina Sieber advises companies of all legal forms on commercial and corporate law matters.
She focuses on stock corporation and corporate group law including the preparation and execution of shareholders’ meetings and corporate restructurings. She also advises management and supervisory board members in all aspects of corporate law including corporate governance, compliance and liability issues.
Prior to joining White & Case as a lawyer, Julia-Katharina Sieber supported the Frankfurt White & Case office as a legal assistant and gained experience in corporate law as a trainee lawyer for two leading corporate law firms in Stuttgart and Frankfurt.
