A counsel in White & Case Global Banking Practice, Julien Chameyrat advises clients on wide-ranging lending, corporate finance and structured finance transactions.
Julien has extensive experience in assisting banks, French and foreign financial institutions and in advising private equity funds and corporations in the fields of leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and structured finance.
His practice principally includes senior financings, mezzanine financings, real estate financings, bank/bond financings, investment grade or corporate unsecured financings, as well as asset-backed financings, including factorings and securitisations.
Julien also has significant experience in advising creditors and debtors on debt restructurings.
Prior to joining White & Case, Julien practiced in the Paris office of a Magic Circle law firm.
Julien advised the arrangers to finance the acquisition of Safic-Alcan from the investment firm Parquest Capital.
Julien represented the lenders in relation to the financial and capital-based restructuring of 5àsec with the arrival of Rive Private Investment in the group's capital.
