Overview

Karen Ford is an associate in the Firm's Banking group in London. Her experience includes advising global banks, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a range of leveraged acquisition finance transactions, investment grade transactions, restructurings and general bank lending.

Prior to joining White & Case, Karen worked in the London office of an international law firm, during which time she was seconded to the Prague office as part of her training prior to qualification. Karen also completed secondments to Deutsche Bank and The Royal Bank of Scotland.
