Karen Roche is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case. She focuses on complex civil litigation, including defending companies in a variety of class action claims. Karen’s work involves multinational corporations spanning a number of industries, most notably, communications, social media, fitness and real estate development.
She has assisted in the representation of a national cable provider in a putative class action and in the representation of a national fitness club in putative class actions involving violations of state consumer protection statutes and other claims. Karen also serves as a member of a team that handles all international litigation for Facebook, including matters implicating international data protection, defamation, hosting provider liability and censorship laws.
Prior to joining White & Case, Karen served as a law clerk to the Honorable S. Thomas Anderson of the US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. She has also worked in the Honorable R. Gary Klausner’s chambers, US District Court for the Central District of California.
