Overview

Kevin Heverin is an associate in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency team in London, a group dedicated to representing clients in all aspects of cross-border restructuring, workouts and insolvency matters. Kevin's experience includes advising banks, funds, noteholders, companies, trustees and insolvency practitioners on a range of transactions including financial restructurings, acquisitions and debt financings. In 2012, Kevin completed a secondment to the restructuring advisory team at Morgan Stanley in London. He has also worked in White & Case's Singapore office.

Advised a group of lenders on the restructuring of Torm, a Danish shipping company.

Advised NWR on its comprehensive, cross-border balance sheet restructuring, which won "2014 Industrial Goods and Basic Resources Deal of the Year" at M&A Advisor's Turnaround Awards.

York Capital Management and Oak Hill Advisors

Acted for York Capital Management and Oak Hill Advisors on their investments in Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited.

GSO Capital Partners

Acted for GSO Capital Partners on the €215,000,000 refinancing of the indebtedness of KP1, a leading French manufacturer of high performance prefabricated concrete products.

Zlomrex International Finance

Represented Zlomrex International Finance S.A., a financing vehicle in the Cognor group, one of the largest suppliers of steel in the CEE, in the restructuring of its high yield bonds pursuant to an English-law scheme of arrangement.

WIND Hellas

Advised The Wind Hellas group, the Greek telecommunications operator, on all aspects of its €1.8 billion restructuring, which was implemented by way of a scheme of arrangement and 'pre-packaged' administrations.

National Central Cooling Company (Tabreed)

Part of an international team that represented the co-ordinating committee of (Islamic and conventional) banks in connection with the restructuring of approximately AED 2.8 billion of Tabreed's debt. Tabreed is an Abu Dhabi-based utility company and the largest district cooling provider in the world.
