Overview

Lane is an associate in White & Case's Corporate practice, and is resident in the Firm's Houston office.

Prior to joining White & Case, Lane spent nine years in Contracts Administration and Supply Chain Management, on various large scale midstream, downstream, and government services projects in the United States, Canada, and the Middle East. Five of his nine years were spent in the field on projects in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, and the United States Gulf Coast.

Representation of various holding companies and subsidiaries of a large power generation company in the preparation and negotiation of several project contracts, including the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Agreement, the Equipment and Services Supply Agreement, and multiple Long-Term Services Agreements for a 570 MW / 2,280 MWh battery storage facility in California that represents one of the largest stand-alone battery storage projects in the world.
