Representation and support of the member companies from the oil, gas and energy industries of the KazEnergy Association ("Association"):*
draft laws examination by considering the Association members' position and participation in expert opinions drafting;
assistance in preparation and support of draft laws in the field of subsoil use;
internal documents preparation: orders, powers of attorney, contracts, decisions of corporate bodies and other legal documents; and
legal support for internal projects of the Association.
Legal support of the production sharing agreement projects:*
legal issues related to compliance with the provisions of the PSA and applicable legislation;
participation in the development of solutions to legal issues of the projects in collaboration with government bodies;
consulting and legal support on a wide range of issues, including technical support of the projects, priority rights of the state, petroleum operations audit, marketing, procurement procedures;
participation in the preparation of documents and materials related to the projects;
drafting letters to contractors and government bodies; and
participation in discussions and meetings with contractors and government bodies.
