Marietta Lienhard advises domestic and foreign investment companies and financial services providers on all aspects of German investment, banking and financial services law.
In addition to executing the notification procedures for investment funds, she represents her clients concerning opportunities for marketing of alternative investments and private placements of funds and similar products, including the negotiation of distribution and portfolio management agreements as well as the legal support of marketing campaigns. Furthermore, she advises fund management companies on fund launches, restructurings, mergers as well as liquidations.
Prior to joining White & Case in July 2005, Marietta Lienhard worked in the Frankfurt office of a leading international law firm for more than 11 years.
