Bauer Media Group, 2014

Advised Bauer Digital KG, a division of the Hamburg-based Bauer Media Group, on the acquisition of the domestic auto portal gebrauchtwagen.de from Sparkassen-Finanzportal GmbH. Gebrauchtwagen.de ranks amongst the Top 3 auto portals in Germany, with more than 550,000 published car offers.

Bank Consortium, 2013

Advised Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, Nord/LB and NRW.BANK, in their roles as arrangers on the financing of the acquisition of nearly 63 percent of the shares in E.ON Westfalen Weser AG by Westfalen Weser Energie GmbH & Co. KG. The purpose of the acquisition, which was worth more than €500 million, was to re-municipalise power lines and gas pipelines operated by E.ON Westfalen Weser AG in North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony.

HSH Nordbank AG, 2012

Advised HSH Nordbank AG as partner of the Albert Ballin Consortium and stockholder regarding the shareholding in Hapag Lloyd AG.

Deutsche Euroshop AG, 2012

Advised Deutsche Euroshop AG (MDAX) regarding the restructuring of its corporate group structure by merging different subsidiaries.

Villacero Group, 2010

Advised the Mexican Villacero Group on the acquisition of the steel trader Coutinho & Ferrostaal GmbH & Co. KG.

Lars Hinrichs, 2009

Advised the major shareholder and co-founder of XING AG, Lars Hinrichs, in connection with the sale of his majority shares in XING AG to the Burda Digital GmbH, a subsidiary of Burda Media Holding. The block of shares was sold in a bidding process.
