Michael Gentili is an associate in the Firm's Bank Finance Group. Michael has experience advising banks, alternative capital providers and corporate borrowers in complex domestic and international transactions, especially within leveraged finance and real estate transactions. His range of experience also includes involvement in capital markets and financial restructuring transactions.
Michael's recent experience at White & Case includes finance transactions for, among others, Nordic Capital, Altor Equity Partners, Accent Equity Partners, Nordea Bank AB (publ) and DNB Bank ASA, Sweden Branch.
Michael has also worked as secondee legal counsel at the investment banking division of Nordea Bank AB (publ).
Nordea Bank AB (publ), Danske Bank A/S and DNB Bank ASA, Sweden Branch in connection with a set of financing arrangements provided in relation to the initial public offering of Thule Group AB (publ) in connection with its listing on Nasdaq Stockholm, a company owned by Nordic Capital Fund VI and Fund VII.
