GSO Capital Partners LP on its £115 million debt-and-equity financing of the management buyout of XLN Telecom from ECI Partners LLP.

Iberdrola, a global energy conglomerate, in the sale by its subsidiary, Scottish Power Generation Limited, of certain UK-based power generating assets to UK Power Reserve Limited, one of the UK's leading independent developers and operators of power generating assets.

Nostrum Oil & Gas plc on its circular relating to the approval by shareholders of a contract with JSC OGCC KazStroyService for the construction of the third unit of the Group's gas treatment facility for a consideration of US$150 million. The transaction was a related party transaction for the purposes of the Listing Rules.

Avast Software, one of the world's major players in the antivirus market, and a selling shareholder consortium on the sale of a significant minority stake to CVC Capital Partners, one of the world's leading private equity and investment advisory firms.
