Overview

Natalia is an associate in our Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset finance practices in Moscow. She is currently on a 6 months' secondment in our London office. She regularly represents clients on project financings, debt restructurings, syndicated and bilateral secured and unsecured lending transactions. Natalia has experience advising on a range of legal issues relating to banking, currency regulation, security enforcement and corporate law. She also has experience advising on a range of M&A transactions involving domestic and multinational companies.

Antipinsky Oil Refinery on a project financing of up to US$1.75 billion from Sberbank to increase its refining capacity in order to comply with Euro-5 standards.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) in connection with its US$400 million limited recourse financing to a joint venture between Territorial Generation Company No. 2 (TGC-2) and China Huadian Corporation to finance the construction of a new gas-fired combined cycle cogeneration plant to sell electric power into Russia's wholesale market under long-term capacity sale agreements.
