Overview

Patrick Meson is an associate in the Milan office. His practice focuses on representing issuers and underwriters in connection with cross-border equity and debt capital markets transactions, with an emphasis on transactions originating in Europe.

Patrick has experience in sovereign debt issuances, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, IPOs, straight private placements, high-yield debt issuances, debt exchange offers, rights offerings, and asset-backed securitizations.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2015, Patrick practiced in the New York office of another international law firm.

JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Mediobanca, as underwriters, in connection with the €162 million IPO of Technogym.

Saipem S.p.A. in connection with its registered underwritten rights offering of ordinary shares with gross proceeds of approximately €3.5 billion. The offer was partially guaranteed by a syndicate of bankers led by J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs International, as joint global coordinators, and Banca IMI, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Mediobanca and UniCredit Corporate and Investment Banking as joint bookrunners.

Banca IMI, Deutsche Bank, Mediobanca and UBS in connection with the €795 million Initial Public Offering of INWIT S.p.A. on the Milan Stock Exchange, in which approximately 40% of the Company's ordinary shares were sold.
