Patrick Meson is an associate in the Milan office. His practice focuses on representing issuers and underwriters in connection with cross-border equity and debt capital markets transactions, with an emphasis on transactions originating in Europe.
Patrick has experience in sovereign debt issuances, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, IPOs, straight private placements, high-yield debt issuances, debt exchange offers, rights offerings, and asset-backed securitizations.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2015, Patrick practiced in the New York office of another international law firm.
