Overview

Sally is a counsel in the Real Estate practice in the firm's London office. Sally specialises in real estate with a focus on portfolio assistance. Prior to joining White & Case Sally worked in the London office of a magic circle law firm.

Sally has extensive experience representing real estate companies, private equity funds and banks in relation to all types of asset classes, including the retail, data center, office and industrial sectors. Sally's work includes acquisitions and disposals, sale and leasebacks and real estate aspects of corporate, project finance and banking transactions.

Sally heads up the Portfolio Real Estate team which provides ongoing support to companies on all aspects of their real estate portfolios ranging from lettings, sales and purchases to 1954 Act matters.

Deutsche Bank on the interim construction financing of a portfolio of seven solar parks in South West England and Wales.

Deutsche Bank AG on their bid for a NPL portfolio from Lloyds Banking Group.

Deutsche Bank on its bid for a non-performing loan portfolio (Project Indie) from Lloyds Banking Group.

Deutsche Bank in connection with its real estate financing of the development of a central London data centre by Volta Data Centres.

GSO Capital Partners, a division of the Blackstone Group, on their £160 million equity investment in the Miller Group.

Starwood Capital in connection with the acquisition, joint venture and financing of City Tower and City Place House, London.

Doughty Hanson & Co Real Estate, one of the largest European real estate fund managers in connection with 5 UK real estate transactions including acting for on their acquisition and financing of The Old George Mall Shopping Centre in Salisbury, and subsequently on its disposal to an institutional pension fund.

Advising a Family Office on a number of office development acquisitions and lettings in the West End of London for a combined sum in excess of $500 million.
