Sally is a counsel in the Real Estate practice in the firm's London office. Sally specialises in real estate with a focus on portfolio assistance. Prior to joining White & Case Sally worked in the London office of a magic circle law firm.
Sally has extensive experience representing real estate companies, private equity funds and banks in relation to all types of asset classes, including the retail, data center, office and industrial sectors. Sally's work includes acquisitions and disposals, sale and leasebacks and real estate aspects of corporate, project finance and banking transactions.
Sally heads up the Portfolio Real Estate team which provides ongoing support to companies on all aspects of their real estate portfolios ranging from lettings, sales and purchases to 1954 Act matters.
