Stefan is an associate in the Firm's London office. He advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, including international and domestic public and private M&A (including private equity transactions), joint ventures, initial public offerings and other equity capital markets transactions and corporate advisory work.

Prior to joining White & Case Stefan worked for a London magic circle firm and a leading global law firm. He has previously been on secondment to Diageo plc.

Advising International Finance Corporation (IFC), together with other consortium members IFHA-II Cooperatief U.A., Swiss Re and CIEL Healthcare Africa Limited, on the acquisition of Hygeia Nigeria Limited, Nigeria's leading private healthcare company.

Advising Alliance Boots on its $650 million acquisition of pharmacy retail networks in Mexico and Chile.

Advising Jynwel Capital, a Hong Kong private equity group, on its $2.2 billion consortium takeover offer with Cepsa, the Spanish energy company, of Coastal Energy, a dual AIM and TSX listed company.

Advising Copenhagen Airports A/S (on behalf of Macquarie Airports (MAp)) on a disposal of its 49% interest in Newcastle International Airport to AMP Capital and related refinancing and recapitalisation of the airport.
