Overview
Valeriya is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London and a member of our EMEA Private Equity team. Valeriya has experience working on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, reorganisations and general corporate advisory work.
Valeriya has also previously worked within the Firm's Capital Markets and Financial Restructuring and Insolvency practices prior to joining the Private Equity team.
