Overview

Yarden Kakon is a litigation associate in the Americas Commercial Litigation Group whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Yarden has served clients in a variety of disputes, including commercial litigation, intellectual property, white collar investigations, products liability, class actions, securities, bankruptcy, and others.

Beyond her casework, Yarden is notable for her dedication to pro bono work and women's empowerment. Yarden found a 501(c)(3) non-profit while in law school aimed to empower women law students pursing a career in technology law. Yarden is similarly dedicated to pro bono work, including immigration, Hague Convention, animal rights, and criminal justice matters.
