Overview

Yazeed is an association partner in the Law Firm of AlSalloum and AlToaimi, with whom White & Case practices in association. He is also a member of our Corporate / M&A group.

Yazeed has extensive experience in Saudi Arabia and advises clients regularly in complex cross-border and domestic public and private projects and transactions. Yazeed's experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, competition and anti-trust and international trade matters as well as commercial disputes.

Yazeed is a qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia. He speaks both English and Arabic with native fluency, and is able to negotiate and draft legal documents in both languages.

Representation of Boeing Company in its joint venture with SAEI and Alsalam Aircraft Company to create the Saudi Rotorcraft Support Center in the Kingdom to provide comprehensive, in-country maintenance repair and overhaul support for Saudi Arabia’s diverse rotorcraft fleet.
