Practice Experience

Mr. Eyers is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Intellectual Property practice group.

Mr. Eyers has represented clients in the sports, shipping, telecommunications, and financial services industries in connection with various litigations involving antitrust and intellectual property law.

Mr. Eyers has recently been involved in defending clients before the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission in criminal price fixing investigations, and in various antitrust investigations of proposed mergers and acquisitions.
