Peter Finlay's practice involves financings with the emphasis on acquisitions, joint ventures, privatizations and project financings.

Peter worked in the Firm's New York office from 1980 to 1983, in Paris from 1983 to 1986 and in Istanbul from 1986 to 1990. He has been based in London since 1990.
