Practice Experience
Peita Menon deals with a wide range of corporate tax matters including corporate reorganisations, public and private company acquisitions and disposals and joint ventures as well as capital market and financing transactions. He also advises on tax issues relating to real estate and banking transactions and has acted for numerous domestic and overseas lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross border transactions.
Mr. Menon joined White & Case in August 2005 from the City office of a large UK law firm where he was a corporate tax partner.
