Prabhu Narasimhan is an associate in the Firm's Corporate Tax Practice in London. He has a broad range of experience on transactional matters including company and business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, securitisation and real estate finance. He also has particular experience in VAT planning, especially in the context of real estate transactions.

Prabhu joined White & Case in 2008 from the city office of another major international law firm. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, he worked as an associate with Deloitte & Touche LLP in their Indirect Tax Consulting practice, was an in-house legal advisor to an EU-backed inter-governmental consortium focusing on housing and infrastructure and practiced as an Advocate in India.
