Patrick Narr is a corporate lawyer. His main areas of concentration are contract law, mergers & acquisitions and private equity. He has experience in domestic and international cross-border corporate transactions and restructurings and in assisting public companies, in particular in the health care and housing sectors, with regard to corporate and corporate restructuring law matters in connection with privatization.
